We are excited to announce construction is now underway on the New World store, opening right here in Mangawhai Central. Timeframes look favourable for an early-mid 2022 opening, depending on when we can kerb Covid 19 from the community.

Becoming Mangawhai’s first large supermarket, we are thrilled to see this store become a valuable part of the community catering for the projected population growth. It will also introduce new jobs to the area and will no longer mean traveling out of town to Whangarei or Warkworth to do your larger grocery shops.

The store will provide fresh and quality produce, seafood, deli, bakery, and butchery departments, an extensive range of products with a range of local and seasonal, and a great customer experience that shoppers have grown to expect and love from New World.
